Therefore it is essential to live with serenity, accept to leave your comfort zone and face with flexibility and courage what life gives us. It is important to develop or strengthen our resilience, that is, the ability to deal positively with negative or traumatic events and positively reorganize our lives. We cannot prevent these events from happening, but we can change the way we feel and find a strategy to be positive with.
